All alcoholic beverage sales, orders, and deliveries are processed, fulfilled, and sold strictly by licensed retail entity Union Square Wines & Spirits in compliance with New York State Liquor Authority (SLA) regulations and applicable federal laws.

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages, register for event packages involving alcohol, or sample spirits and wine at any joint event. By accessing this website, placing an order, or purchasing an event ticket, you explicitly represent, affirm, and warrant that:

In accordance with local and national shipping laws, all shipments or local deliveries containing alcoholic beverages require a mandatory physical signature from an adult (21 years of age or older) with a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. Carriers will not leave packages unattended, and delivery to intoxicated individuals or minors is strictly prohibited by law. If no eligible adult is available to sign, the shipment will be held or returned, and re-delivery fees may apply.
